The Creeping Bent is similar to a Browntop Bentgrass but has more advantages.

  • More resistant to drought than Browntop Bent.
  • Faster to establish than Browntop Bent.
  • Higher tolerance to both hot and cool conditions than Browntop Bent.

Creeping Bent does produce high thatch levels and meaning it will require lots of maintenance and high levels of verti-cutting, but if the maintenance is put in, the results are fantastic.
