Basic Soil Test

The basic soil test will provide the following results: P, K, Mg, pH and Lime Requirements. 

This pack contains: one pre-paid envelope, one sample bag & the relevant paperwork to be sent off with the sample. 

You will need: A trowel or a soil corer and a bucket. 

To take the sample: 

• Dig approximately 8cm into the ground at 10 points in a W shape across the area, taking a sample at each site and putting it into your bucket. 
• Once all 10 sites have been sampled, mix all the samples in the bucket together. 
• Take a sample of this mixture and put it in the ziplock bag provided. 
• Place the ziplock bag inside the pre-paid envelope, along with the paperwork and pop it in the post.
